Hi there! I’m Mike, a 27 year old Englishman working in Sydney in the hospitality industry. I’ve been in Australia since July 2009, and hope to settle here permanently.

I started this blog with a fixed idea of what it would be but, unsurprisingly, it is an ever-changing being unto itself that currently is vaguely about food, restaurants and hospitality, with a little cycling and photography thrown in, all leading up to my dream of eventually opening my own café/restaurant in Sydney.
